Westview by Silvera, in partnership with Caregivers Alberta and CBI Health, is offering a free caregivers workshop that will provide practical strategies for caregiving and a toolkit of valuable ideas for participants to use in their day-to-day lives.

This compassionate series is designed to encourage participants to discuss their concerns, and stressors, and is specifically for the caregivers of an older adult.
