An effective, facilitated, dialogue-based process highlighting the complexity of dementia in the community.

Dementia Network Calgary is working with over 60 community partners to co-design a strategy map. We have engaged Insight Formation to guide the collaborative process.

Through a series of facilitated workshops, Dementia Network Calgary created a map that illustrates the objectives needed to achieve the shared strategic goal. The strategy map will allow community and funders to see where work is happening, view the gaps (where we are now and where we want to be), the targets and the measurements we will use to determine progress.
