BE AN ANGEL

Are you healthy and strong? If you are out shovelling – get a little extra exercise and keep going. Or offer to help with other household activities. We know of someone who was able to stay in her home for years because someone took her garbage to the curb once a week. What an impact!!!

OFFER TO PICK UP GROCERIES

If you have time, contact your neighbour and ask if they need anything from the store. Sometimes it’s tough to get out of the house and this could make a big difference. If it goes well, make it a regular habit!
